If you are the owner of the property ie if the title is in your name, you don’t have to worry about anything. Consult and advocate locally to resolve this.

If the property is in his name, you can go to the registrar’s office for its copies. You can also file an FIR at your local police station that the original papers have been lost.

You have absolutely no legal access. If a fruit tree extends into your property, it doesn’t mean the fruits belong to you.

Stop stealing! Apologize to the owner and pls don’t repeat such behaviour in the future.
