UNope. You can’t do much except confronting him. Ask him to apologize. Though the apology is nothing compared to what u have been through.I am sorry. There is no proper evidence to take him the legal route.
The only solution I can think of is finding victims who have gone through similar experiences bec of this AH.

He will guide you. The process will obviously take some money, and you shd be able to handle it.
