maybe he genuinely loves his wife. In such scenario’s things do get blurry. Here she seems really vile. And looks cases were blind sided.

In my case my ex openly threatened me with all the sections to Harass me and my family. We visited lawyers to understand what to do if she files cases against everyone in the family. She wanted to use our WhatsApp chats as some proof etc. I have no clue what she found incriminating in them

no man not foolish. When kids come in the equation, such thing are common. In my case I registered a flat in my ex wife’s name. I got all the interiors done for it. But I did not stay in it for it a day. I would rather know my kids are in a safe place.

I never understand how any parent can deprive the love of the other parent to children. As adults we can have 100’s of differences but when it comes to kids, it is important that they are not deprived of both the parents love.

In fact yesterday I had the same thought. How much would my kids have changed. It has been 17 months since I saw them. It hurts so bad that I cannot be there for them.

Thank you mate. We gave whatever she asked for Financially. That was the only way to get out of that.

But not meeting my kids is a horrible feeling. Anything I do will disturb their emotional well being. That is where I am stuck. Else I would have approached courts by now.

Very Sorry to hear that man. To have 20% of your life drained out of you because of an incompetent system is ridiculous.

Not able to meet your own kids is absolute hell. I know it. I am living it. This is after I gave 50% of my assets which is a very very large figure. My ex kept threatening me with false cases against all my family members. She was willing to take my kids on the road. This is inspite of me already giving her a large house and few other assets by then.

Just that we were lucky that our issues happened in the last 3 years. Had it been a few years back, I am sure I would have gone through the same fate.

              The mental trauma is immeasurable.

I am really sorry to hear your sisters plight. No one should be put through such a struggle. Not sure how the Muslim law works in such cases.
