Then I think there won’t be any legal implications but I’m not a lawyer. Voice assistants and recording apps have existed for so long, a note taking app to combine AI and voice recording will be helpful in many places.

I think as long as the note taking doesn’t happen ambiently, there won’t be any issue.

Something like a voice recording app where you’d have to set it to voice record by pressing a button.

I would suggest having consistency across all documents. Since the birth certificate is the only outlier, you should change it in the birth certificate.

The government can be an ass about the smallest issue.

When another round of something like CAA and NRC happens, you’ll be targeted.

Try to appeal him to apply for a job and pay back if he’s experienced in any field related to his business. He can mention the business experience in his CV.

I don’t know how he’ll pay back 1-2 crore but at least he won’t commit suicide.

You can do it online or offline. The initial process is to get the application online. Then take a print out of the application and go to an SPB branch of SBI if there’s one in your city.

You can get an education loan upto 7.5 Lakhs without any collateral and upto 4 Lakhs without any guarantor. This is the case for SBI. Higher if it’s a private bank. If it’s an engineering degree or a popular degree you’ll get the education loan in any private bank.

Check out your nearby banks and see how much you qualify for. You’ll need to get a letter from the college about the total fees from the 2nd year onwards including any laptop or study material purchase. If you opt for hostel, that can be included too. Just have that fees letter from college, tell them you need it for educational loan and they’ll know what to produce.

Banks are legally obligated to give out educational loans. They try not to but they have to. Talk to the head of the bank if they make you run around. That’s how I got my loan in SBI.

I would be paying 30k instead of 40k because technically and legally, the agreement says so.
