Only thing I could find in the rule book which is even closely related to “provision for appeals and disputes” is a section called “limitation of liability” would that be it.

Being a competitive bgmi player if yk yk, however if you’re thinking that we got banned due to hacking etc, no we didn’t get banned or used hacks for that matter , we got unfairly disqualified for breaching a rule which makes no sense .

I do have the evidence which is why I’m considering taking legal action , if I didn’t have it I know it would be just be “hearsay” / our word against theirs so yeah I do have the evidence but what good is making it public gonna do when the only authority capable of making a verdict is the court ?

If they’re under Indian jurisdictions, I’d prefer to rather take some legal action instead of creating a social media ruckus which will cause nuisance for some time and then people just forget / don’t bother with it. These are affecting people in thousands(if not lakhs).
