To be honest, if one has the money, I’d just recommend pay up the least amount possible at once and get this over with, not let this dictate the rest of your life and move on. There’s clearly no justice. Should’ve entered a compromise and one time alimony for everything.

NAL, you marriage is not valid and is bigamy by her. Consult a lawyer immediately. Also get a second opinion if things get fishy. You are not married and probably have no obligations towards her. again, NAL.
