Record her voice. Keep screenshot of her calls whatsapp and normal call. Better to use screen recorder app to make a video of her calls logs history.

Talk to her and record the threats.

Collect evidences, recording, screen record of chats to clarify the things that things are getting turned sour.
Girl can misuse the law by doing FIR under BNS 69 (non bailable offence)
