Do you have curtains ? You can try telling them directly if it happens again or really frequently but i don’t think that would be the case. So I suggest just getting curtains or keeping the balcony locked when kids come, guests even if they see it will ignore it cause it’s awkward. You could tell them nicely tho, that’s the only way, complaining etc would be too much and hinder them from having freedom in their own house
