Hi OP, hold your ground and file back a case with help of a good reputable lawyer in your area. If you have proof of your things in his custody it will be great( it’s understandable that you won’t have cz no one thinks they will have to prepare for this day). Also get details of him being a closeted gay and use that to revert on the charges he made against you. It will not be easy on you but keep going.
And it’s funny how men will not comment here about other men exploiting women for their benefit. You will only see them jump when it’s them being a victim
