UBut how is ‘how she got into room’, unless she was forced, even relevant??? The guy is still in possession of her pictures from when she was a child. He tried to rape her when she was a child. He groomed her. And the law is going to focus on how she got into the room? That is the least of the problems here!UThe lesson learned could be not dating somebody considerably older than yourself. How is ‘don’t date at 15’ a lesson learned for a 19 year old? The adult can’t turn back time and un-date right? Also that ‘lesson’ is more like victim shaming! She was groomed by an adult. However, her been trans woman doesn’t give the husband rights over her property right????? Even if she was a trans woman (she isn’t), her husband HAS to return her cash and jewelry. Keeping somebody’s property with you without their consent is theft! Her husband bringing up her sex here makes no sense.UActually any money/jewelery given to her by anybody during marriage is her streedhan. However, in this case it looks like she is only asking for the jewelry and cash her parents gave her. So she isn’t legally or morally wrong.UThey will kill their little girl who is been molested instead of killing the person trying to rape her?
