UThe judge has been wasting time ever since. We already feel like she has been bribed or something. She clearly said few months back that the final decision will be taken and during tht duration this lawyer or my grandfather were not present suddenly he comes to the court and tries filing vakalatnama . This case as in whole is gettung complicated coz of this judge.UOh gotch ya , i was confused for a moment. So what am i suppose to do , my lawyer said tht this needs to be transferred to the high court. I agreew ith that oart that the judge is giving him the chances thats really unusualUAyein? Not my lawyer lmao its oppositions lawyer , my grandfather is my opposition 😭so is this beneficial for me?UAt that time my mom’s family were not at support. Later my mom’s cousin brother , hes an influential figure in her state , he got involved so her brothers had to support her , my mom’s parents passed away after i was bornUAnd my mom at that time was already in shock cause of my dad’s choices and then his death. His death was really traumatizing for us cause it wasnt something in a normal way. So yes , she wasnt concious of what she was doing. Plus at that time my mom’s family were not in support. She only had us and could only rely on dad’s family. My grandfather had emotionally manipulated her saying ” you are like a daughter to me , i will take your responsibility ” and damn he definetly took responsibility [ sarcastically]UTbh its all cause of her husband. A man wjen he becomes dad its his responsibility to protect his wife and his kids. My dad never acted like how a dad should. Tbh i feel jealousy when i see dads taking care of their children. Whatsoever , my mom even after struggling alot , collected funds for our education and today i will soon be graduating. But i wish , i never had a dad he ruined all of it. When the man of the famoly back offs from his responsibility outsider take all the opportunity to insult that family. This is what has happened with us. If he had chosen the right path , my grandfather wpuldnt have done all of this. It all started when my dad chose the wrong path.UTrue. Never trust these people. I have seen judge who has been alloted with our case taking bribes openly.UTbh even dads play a huge role in this. My dad never acted like how a dad should. It was his responsibility to protect us but he failed at it , this gave a huge opportunity for his family to betray us. Sometimes parents themselves destroy their own life including their children’s too.UI remember my cousin joking about this , if I become successful i could write a whole biography of my life and what my family had endured. All i could give in reply was a bitter laugh lolUMy mom isnt educated enough. Plus shes from a village where at that time women were not allowed to be independent and were married off at young age. So yes she had no idea what she was signing plus she was scared coz we were really young at that time , her first priority was us neither she was in a good mental state after loosing her husband. My grandfather started thus fraudulant procedure as soon as my mom’s husband died.UOh am currently preparing for conpetetive exam and will be appearing for more competetive exams. I want them to face all kinds of backlash for what they did to us. Our society has anyways been talking about this and they have faced alot of insults already. But that is not enough for what they did to us. I always wish that if only i was 21 back then atleast i would have saved my mom from this nonsense.UMy mom although was educated but it was in a hindi medium school from a small village where uk women are not allowed to go into finance or earn money , stay independent etc. However her family’s thoughts have changed now but i wish they used to think this way then , atleast my mom would have been saved from such a life partner and such family.
