I mean do something similar. Get the screenshots and proof that the reddit account is your ex’s. Somehow contact the HR and talk over the email that one of their employees is doing such shit. Take a screenshot of the email, send it to your ex and demand all the content to be deleted or else he will lose his job. Or just get the police involved.

If you know where he’s working then go to LinkedIn and see who else is working at his place. Get hold of HR’s info from someone and file a posh complaint or something
