        Bro how are you related to her?

        Either she is acting smart or hiding things, a teacher doesn’t alone work in a cabin there is a whole staff of teachers, office staff and principal.

        Even after getting retirement they talk to each other through WhatsApp and their school group, and everyone talks about all this. I know all this because i come from a family of teachers.

        If she is so dumb that for 17 years and beyond she never heard or discussed with anyone.

        i pity the kids who she taught.

        She is purely lying she kept quiet because she was getting double pension. You cannot eat government money time to pay back.

          If the letter wouldn’t have come for 10 years she would have taken 2 pensions for 10 years.

            Get a aadhar and pan card with alternate name and address first.

            You suddenly cannot get a second life you have to plan it in advance.

            And no need for plastic surgery (except hairstyle, facial hair) just a change in city, alternate aadhar and pan and a new phone.

            Don’t even use old phone or sim in new city throw old phone in old city before you move. Never use your old social media NEVER.

            And most importantly never ever contact anyone from your previous life even after 15-20 years.

              But Here the agreement is made first then when the lenter of each floor is done, the builder gets the registry of the floors which they settled for on his name and then sells them to individuals.

              How can i pay to builder when he owns SHIT?

              I don’t care about their agreement and what terms and conditions they settled for, i only pay to the person on whose name the registry of flat is.

              Even banks here check who owns the property then loan amount is transferred to that person name.

              Recently, my friend bought a builder floor and he took the loan from ICICI, however to save stamp duty he asked to do the floor registry on his wife name. As the cheque of loan amount was on his name but on registry documents the name was different, bank person immediately denied, then he has to get the name on registry changed to his.

              Builder is just a middleman in your case how can you pay him if owns nothing currently, agreement has no value when you are not part of that agreement

                Why did you invested in a property where the builder was just a middle man.

                The land owner owns the land then how come payment was done to builder? How did the loan gor approved and then EMI being transferred to builder being the third party here.

                The authentic and legal transaction should be you paying the land owner and getting the registry on your name and then builder should have been hired or paid to complete the transaction.

                File a case against builder for cheating and get a stay on land before the land owner sells it again to some influencer person.

                    Muslim marriages do not come under the hindu marriage act of Anand marriage act where one only 1 marriage is allowed at a time.

                    Secondly, Muslims mostly prefer going by sharia law, where your religious preachers have allowed more than 1 marriage, both ways no one can help you.

                    One odd solution i would like to refer here, similar situation like yourself, the girl converted to hinduism and then by law she was protected. Please search on google It was some case of Agra Uttar Pradesh. It was hyped very much and Muslim groom has to cancel his marriage due to such negative publicity on news channels.

                    Even, Dharmendra married Hema Malini after converting to Islam plainly only for marriage purposes. You can do vice versa and try.

                    So try that and arrange for all media people to come, media loves such stories, who knows it works for you

                      You don’t want to commit but keep her hanging, and then you don’t want to tell your parents because they are simple people, LOL what kind of excuses are you giving. Why don’t you want to tell your parents because they will not allow you to marry outside community, i know many marwari families I have many in my locality.

                      Dude you have not given her any clarity, you want her to be waiting for you and then when you get bored or get married elsewhere you want her to move on.

                      You are trying to take sympathy with sweet talks but truth is you only don’t want to marry her but keep using her.

                                Equally means between aunts as well?

                                If there is no WILL, and the gold is undocumented you can take it away forcefully but legally you have to divide it.
