1. Get a security CCTV cam and put it in front of your house and gently tell those kids that if they ever plan to do something stupid, it’d lead to repercussions and that the video gets uploaded on the internet.
2. See if you can get your friend’s friend dress up like a cop (rent the police dress). Let him wait on his bike across the street and ask him to show up when kids come outside and let him do nothing but quietly leave. This would in-still fear in those kids.
