NAL She can file a case but it won’t stick in court. If you haven’t had physical intimacy and she is stupid enough to file a case on you then you can counter file a case of Defamation, melodious prosecution, and Perjury.

Get a good lawyer like right now. Get someone who knows the law and has actually become a lawyer cause he wanted to not be one, not someone who became just cause their dad wanted them to or under quota.

Gather evidence. CCTV footage of the club, details of the ex . Save every text. Record every conversation. Receipts of resturants where you met. Screenshot of every conversation you all have had so far.

Lastly, thank god for blessing you that you found out before it was too late and develop a strong will power cause an average case in India takes 5 years to reach a conclusion.

One last addition. Do not understand any circumstances give in. Don’t be afraid if she mentions the case.
