If he still pressurise you, you and your mom shall go to police station and file a complaint.If you go alone, police won’t file it. Take your mom with you.

1st – If you are sure that it wasn’t you, file a complaint first with Axis bank on how they could issue an credit card to someone without your KYC. How did the other person activated it without otp.
2nd – File a complaint with RBI Ombudsman about this negligence of Axis bank and ask for compensation.WPolice actually won’t file an FIR, but they will call your uncle and try to settle the matter.
I am really not sure though.But try the other methods first like creating ration card from scratch without involvement of your uncle or grandfather
