Yes please go for it. Your case would be an example for everyone who wants to file a case for every frivolous issue and imagines they demand compensation while there are so many genuine cases pending.

Do factor in the time, cost and effort required to pursue this. Don’t be greedy.

Ask for 2 recliner tickets and some f&b coupons, take the win and go enjoy another movie.

People want to drag concerned parties to court for everything and anything these days.

Do they realise what dragging someone to court really entails? Ans is probably not.

Or they feel just threatening someone with a court case would bend them to their will, like seen in the movies.

This is the real world, with real lawyer fees, red tape, etc.

Yeah, why will employment bond not be enforceable. Why would companies lie and risk a bigger issue for themselves. They are upfront and clear about it from the start, atleast the companies that make you sign such a document

That’s the convenience cost of you getting a 45 rupee item delivered to you sitting at home and clicking a few buttons maybe?

Screenshots of it didn’t happen. I can order a 10 rupee chocolate on Instamart but they have mini cost delivery which would result in the chocolate costing me alot more than 10 rupees. No court would hear this case and they shouldn’t entertain such cases as well when there are so many other cases to be heard and acted upon, yes even in consumer courts.
