YIf it has already been one year, its highly unlikely that FIR will be registered. Only under very high pressure or through court referred case, the FIR can be registered. Otherwise it is already too late.
By chance if FIR gets registered, get an anticipatory bail and apply for quashing of the case in HC, in interim order pray for stay. The HC will most probably grant a stay and then no one will bother about it.
Dont give the job back, she will repeat this again. Enough with their bullshit of fake cases.
YThe complaint is registered in the place where offense took place. For what is legal in Canada, you can’t be charged in India.Act has to have happened in India to charge you under POCSO act.

YSorry to say but GF’s aadhar or any other ID would be checked and it would be ascertained if she got pregnant before 18, and it is the duty if doctor to inform either women and child development office or police.YGet an FIR of molestation and harassment registered against the guy. That will sort out all the issues.
