AArey chamya, society rule is for all people giving on rent. Not just for me. There are 100 odd flats in the building. No one has time for this kind of vendetta. Nor do me or my lawyers have time to deal with this personally. Also alibaug se aya hai kya is an expression for the person, not on me.AI don’t think so. That’s very naive of them to do. My lawyers do attend agm meeting all the time and keep notes for me.
I think the situation is a bit dire with tenants not invested in the building and the society has to manage the block.AI am on the other side of this argument.
