May 21, 2026 at 9:39 amhi advocate this side,Your mother appears to have strong grounds for divorce based on cruelty, abuse, and adultery. She can also seek maintenance, compensation, and recovery of jewellery or money if proof exists. The property sale may be challengeable depending on evidence showing it was bought using her funds. Keep all proof safely including affair evidence, bank records, chats, loan proofs, and witnesses.

May 10, 2026 at 5:48 amhi advocate this side,Stop making further payments without proper accountability. You already have strong evidence of delay and deficiency in service.
Send a detailed legal notice immediately. K RERA may apply depending on project structure, but consumer forum and civil action are also strong options. Police usually will not help unless clear cheating or fraud is shown. Your father should understand that legal advice now is safer than continuing to trust repeated false promises. Keep all contracts, payments, and communications safely. feel free to message me if you need help

Send a legal notice asking for compensation for financial loss. Keep offer letter, emails, resignation proof, and call records safely. You can also approach labour authorities or civil court if needed. feel free to message me if you need help

Send a written message or email asking for salary release. Keep medical proof and attendance proof ready. If they still ignore, send a legal notice or complain to labour department.

May 8, 2026 at 2:51 amhi advocate this side,This is a complex regulatory and contractual issue. Restriction on refunds in agreement does not automatically make everything legal.
You should first send a legal notice seeking clarification and recovery. You can also explore complaint before MCA or SEBI depending on structure used.Keep all agreements, payment proof, and platform communication ready. Consult a advocate before taking further action. feel free to message me if you need help

May 6, 2026 at 3:55 pmhi advocate this side,This has many red flags and looks suspicious. Do not pay the โน30,000. Since no salary, training, or benefit was provided, bond enforcement becomes weak. changing conditions after offer letter also weakens their case. Keep all emails, recordings, and documents safe.
You can send a legal notice if they threaten you later. For now, stop communication and avoid sharing more documents or money. feel free to message me if you need help

May 6, 2026 at 10:22 amSending a legal notice is the first step in initiating legal action. It formally informs the opposite party of the grievance and provides them an opportunity to resolve the matter outside court. Typically, a period of 15 days is given for response or settlement. If the issue remains unresolved within this time, a case can be filed before the appropriate court. In many cases, companies prefer to settle after receiving a legal notice to avoid litigation, especially where liability is clear.

April 13, 2026 at 3:17 amhi advocate this side,This is a serious case of assault and road rage. You can file a police complaint for assault, threats, and dangerous driving under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. If you remember vehicle number, share it with police. Also keep any evidence like photos, dashcam, or messages. Act early as delay can weaken the case. Your safety comes first, avoid confrontation next time.

April 13, 2026 at 3:15 amhey advocate this side,Your situation is actually much simpler than a typical Indian divorce case and definitely does not need to take 20 years. Let me explain why. Since you have been married only 2 years, have no children and have solid proof of adultery, you are in a strong position legally.
You have two clean options.
First, mutual consent divorce under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. If he agrees to settle this quickly both of you can get divorced within 6 to 18 months. Given his adultery he may prefer a quiet settlement over a contested case. Second, contested divorce on grounds of adultery. Since you have solid proof this becomes straightforward. Courts treat adultery as a direct ground for divorce and with strong evidence cases move faster than people expect. Since you are both currently in the USA there is also an option to file for divorce in the US state where you currently reside. US divorces are significantly faster and Indian courts generally recognise them. The no kids and short marriage duration also means maintenance and asset division will be relatively straightforward. 20 year divorce timelines happen in complicated cases with property disputes, custody battles and no evidence. Your situation has none of those complications.
