      Yeah
      Open E courts
      Select state and district
      Look for “Judges on Leave”
But do not expect a lot from it since it is a government website

I used to look for pattern for certain judges who used to take multiple leaves

Just a clear complaint draft would be enough
And make sure to write it in a chronological manner and also do not try to write it in a complicated way
        Just simple english
        Facts with annexures ( proofs)
Also file before the correct jurisdiction

Read it online for better clarity and also check NCDRC website for the same

You can file a case before the Consumer Commission on the ground of deficiency in services and seek compensation for that.
Make sure to collect all the medical documents from both the doctors and make sure you have enough evidence to substantiate your claim.
Procedure is that court might seek expert’s opinion in your case that whether the procedure followed by the first doc was as right as per medical rulebook or not.
You have to file the case before district consumer commission

                            Lawyer here,
Yes it is true that government vehicles like police vans and military jeeps are not insured and Union of India takes care of that. You should file an FIR for the said accident and if you have some injuries you can get the compensation from MACT.
It is the duty of police to proceed against the accused and not the victim.
I suggest you to collect all your medical documents and whatever expenses you are incurring

And kindly expect that the case will go on for 2 years.

Either file a complaint before RERA or approach to consumer commission. If you have paid above 50L to him, approach state commission of maharashtra and if beyond 2CR. Then file a case before NCDRC in Delhi.
Let me know if you want to approach NCDRC
Your builder is misusing the funds and this is deficiency in his service

Lawyer here, dealt with such cases before Consumer commissions

                                  First
If you have the bill and everything
File a complaint before consumer commission of your district, you can get the draft from internet and use chat gpt for drafting if you are doing it on your own.
Yes, you can fight your own case but engaging a lawyer would be better who deals in consumer. You have to pay zero court fees for filing this case

                                  And dont delay
Atleast file it so that you can show the intent and yeah to stay within limitation period

Dont worry court is not harsh on bad drafting or language, you can present your case in Hindi as well
