February 26, 2025 at 2:30 amIf she is threatening you that she will commit suicide, protect yourself and file a FIR with that evidence. Proactive action will go a long way, no matter the consequences. Do not tell her you are doing this either. Let her face consequences of her own decision to threaten youAAravhero991

February 24, 2025 at 10:07 amConfront him at a place where its safe to do so. In presence of others where if he turns out to be dick, she can immediately walk away. Don’t tell him about any evidence. Just plain ask him that i am giving you the opportunity to come clean before I take next steps. And she needs to be mentally very strong to deal with upcoming consequences. Its only going to get ugly .

February 22, 2025 at 5:17 amThis whole relieving letter nightmare is so huge in India. I have hired folks who were in a similar situation but their old company withheld their experience letter as if people are their slaves. But i do understand this is not a norm in India. People generally think oh document nahi hai then there must be some problem.
If you already have a job and your new employer doesn’t give a crap about the relieving letter, i say quit and be done with it. Plus report them to whatever labor board is there.

February 21, 2025 at 11:42 pmWhy should the court interfere? He could have registered the same in joint ownership. Here he basically gifted her the property and she’s free to do whatever she wants to do with it.AAravhero991

January 30, 2025 at 6:23 pmSomeone known to you? These lawyers from both sides make their own fon agreements to drag the case on. My cousins lawyer was a friends brother and told my cousin that his wifes lawyer called and suggested dragging the case to fleece both clients.Be smart about it. Keep all the evidence. Including if you dont have evidence, taking here back in and then start collecting evidence.
