If they can privatised courts they could’ve. Our government don’t have money for important stuff. All our taxes are spent on freebies and loan waiver

Talk to a lawyer I don’t think they can file a FIR because everything is documented. And it is a legitimate transaction unless you knew this a vulnerability and exploited it. If that’s the case it’s better to settle else involve lawyer he will sort this out

Then wait and let them give you a better deal. Keep the car for a month and return. Just make sure never let this happen to escalate.

If you are local and they are customer friendly then you can keep it and sue them in the consumer forum.
Else think again and ask them to refund the full amount to get the car back. If they are abusive record such call file police complaint.
Are consumer forum are slow and local businesses ignore their judgement unless you go again and again

First talk to your father and understand why he did it. If you just pay now tomorrow he will add more loan. And any land you brought may not be enough to pay for it.

What’s wrong are you not sure about your marriage?

You both can discuss and ask her to contribute more towards other expenses. So you take care of EMI. If there are serious trust issues then either open an joint account and pay emi from there so you both contribute to that account for family expense and EMI. Or else sell the house but then how rent will be managed.

Talk to your wife and take decision as we and not as I and you.

But why is this theft. Let’s say if he was not confident or forgot to check the statement then still he will be a thief. I think when company figure it out it will ask for settlement and ask him to pay in installment of he is not able to return at once. I guess concern is bank and income tax dept. Where bank can report his account to IT dept and dept will send him notice asking to explain unreported income

There is a difference between base pay and fixed salary. Fixed salary includes company shares of PF. There will be an employee share of PR which will be deducted later once you start receiving salary. PF depends on your base pay that’s why it is part of fixed salary. And you always negotiate that way.
