hey i understand where youre coming from, dont do anything rash that could end up affecting your future till its secure..(since youve not finished12th either),Thats all i can say

it was definitely a human error on their part, as a restaurant this isnt supposed to happen
but they did not force you to eat it….as per my understanding:
for compensation, they didn’t charge you, and they apologised, does this really call for the legal route or are you trying to squeeze out a few extra rupees?
also since you are oh so emotionally distressed, you can find plenty of ways to induce a vomit.

if your’e feeling even a little serious about her then ask her indirectly (mention the feeling like youre being watched, judge her response) i guessalternatively;
everytime you see that guy, walk out and stare at him. dont breathe dont move and dont blink, slowly get your family members to join in from different directions
