livespace is borderline fraud. Just google “live space fraud reddit India”.

Quoting low to grab customer and then increasing cost is their common tactic. There are multiple old reddit posts available.

I saw similar reddit posts where someone became victim of sim swap and lost 46 lakh.

You can ask in your building if anyone wants to rent.

Check society rules first. You can’t just randomly rent to anyone. Rental guy must be within society
