BI am sorry man. You can’t get reservation based on dad’s certificate.which city you are in Maharashtra?
You need caste certificate and caste validity to get reservation benefits.
However having father’s caste certificate makes things easier.
It involves bribe.
BIt must be sweep in FD. Means excess money goes into FD and when you try to withdraw FD breaks instantly. It’s good FD.Proper FD has penalty for premature breaking

First you need to submit written complaint to bank manager and take acknowledgement. Also ask for complaint register. Write down complaint. They may refuse to handover complaint register but be persistent.
After 30 days, send email to RBI ombudsman
