Whenever you have any health issue, if you want to visit doctor. always visit person who has MBBS degree. There are many PG options MD, dnb blah blah but specialist consultation charges are more. This applies even for hair treatment.
But stick to basics remember if he is MBBS graduate and see if he has displayed registration number.

BHe is lying. He is scammer.Never pay money for any job in the form of deposit, registration, any course or anything. Never do any course or buy tablet if they ask because it’s scam

Call 1930 and report cyber fraud immediately
BIf it’s Mumbai, you can go alone and cop will register FIR.If it’s Delhi /NCR . You will have tough time. They are known for not taking FIR so better to take someone with you.
