So many freeloaders in the comment section. You do not own the property. The house owner’s relatives can and will sue you, and they will win.

Yes I’m sure it wasn’t damaged during shipping. How do I file a case in customs then? I can’t seem to find Indian customs’ grievance cell or anything like that unfortunately

Yup that is proven, I have video proof of the products being sent in pristine condition.

Yes please a draft would help a lot man. So I just print it through my printer, take it to a court, the notary official signs it and I upload it on the e-jagriti platform?

Hey I’m not in the country right now so I’ll either have to send someone else or wait till next week till i come back. Can you tell me how much money a notary takes and where the gurugram court is? Thank you 🙂
