January 25, 2025 at 5:50 pmI can tell that you are definitely not a lawyer since you’re evidently being carried away by your emotions. Lawyers aren’t supposed to do that. A lawyer’s job is to advise anyone who may seek it, the rest depends on the seeker if they choose to follow or not to. As I said, I was being practical after having seen quite a fair bit of things, which you wouldn’t want to.January 25, 2025 at 5:44 pm in reply to: Want to start a social media marketing agency as a self-propreitorship firm. January 25, 2025 at 5:44 pmLawyer here. My only tip is, just start and don’t worry about the paperwork. See if the idea is thriving. Don’t worry about the gst registration until you hit 20L turnover per annumBBrightseeker9869

January 25, 2025 at 5:31 pmLawyer here. Let me give you a very practical advice – Don’t. Don’t do anything about it, don’t tell anyone or try lodging a complaint. This would cause you way more damage than what you’ve already been through. The most you could do is to confront your uncle and keep a check on him that he isn’t soliciting any other kids. Even legally, your complaint won’t survive and morally, you should go ahead with your life and don’t look back.BBrightseeker9869

January 25, 2025 at 11:17 amYou will have to furnish a certificate under Section 63 BSA, certifying that the electronic evidence has not been manipulated/altered/morphed in any way. Get it attested. You’d be good to go.BBrightseeker9869

January 25, 2025 at 9:02 am10k is an overkill to charge from someone who’s already under such distress. You could def get it done at a fraction of that price.January 25, 2025 at 8:33 am in reply to: Ex boyfriend sent legal notice for Defamation financial exploitation, mental harrasment, emotional abuse #67426BBrightseeker9869

January 25, 2025 at 8:33 amLawyer here. You could either ignore or send a reply through an attorney, which would cost you a nominal sum. Either works and don’t fret too much over it. If any developments happen, lmk.BBrightseeker9869
