Get an affidavit signed from all the other heirs which might have an undivided share in the said property, declaring that either they don’t want any interest in that property or that they have already received their due share. Additionally, a notice would be published by way of a newspaper(certain criteria), asking people to filed their objections, if any. But the police rarely listens to the victims and that’s where the role of an advocate comes. But if your case property was found in Haryana and has been entangled with some other case which that their was committing, then it would be a different story. Nonetheless you could get your vehicle released. January 20, 2025 at 10:14 amLawyer here based in Delhi. Yes they could certainly be used as a valid form of evidence, albeit necessary certificate shall be provided by you to affect its acceptance. What kind do relevancy it has with the case matter, also depends quite a bit. -
