If youre just starting out and your annual turnover isn’t 40L (hilly states are an exception), then no need for you to be paying GST.

One answer – Injunction suit. None of the other remedies would help you out except maybe a legal notice.

Just find a suitable buyer and sell your floor. Alternatively you can file an injunction suit against your uncle to not disturb your peaceful possession.
