April 30, 2025 at 11:38 amTalk to your lawyers and see if your parents could get a restraining order against her but then again just a couple of months ago a woman broke that order and continued to physically assault her in-laws after 7 years.Just talk to your lawyers what options do you have including naming the entire property to your parents and kids, divorcing and sole custody of your daughter. Your second wife is not worthy of being a mother she is violent and is only a matter of time when she starts abusing your daughter too. And go submit the video recording of her beating you and start a paper trail before she can file any fake case against you

April 25, 2025 at 10:43 amThere are but you need to see a psychiatrist and get an official diagnosis to get a prescription. You will not get those medicines without them. Pharmacies can refuse you since they can be addictiveApril 25, 2025 at 6:12 am in reply to: Is a widow with a child obliged to keep relationship with in-laws after husband’s death? #8650BBrightsharad5081

April 25, 2025 at 6:12 amNot mandatory as per law but they can absolutely drag you to court and come after you for their relationship rights and unless they are abusive they can win and you can lose the case. Also if you deny any relationship they can cut off your child from their will. I believe even an ancestral property will be out of question if there is no relationshipBBrightsharad5081

April 25, 2025 at 5:55 amEven if she uses a business trademark it still doesn’t stop people from naming their babies that name. It is only meant for businesses to not use that name.BBrightsharad5081

April 25, 2025 at 5:54 amNo. Even if you think it’s a unique name. You are not entitled to make it into a trademark. Names can never be trademarked for whatever reason. It can be banned informally like hitler but not a trademark for your own use. Get over your entitlementApril 24, 2025 at 3:49 pm in reply to: How can I avoid a potential fake domestic violence case? #8807BBrightsharad5081

April 24, 2025 at 3:49 pmNAL You need to start collecting proofs. and consult a lawyer. If i was you i would have filled a case before she can if the lawyer approves but then again I am a woman it would have been easy for me. But seriously you need to be top of her at all times. Go see a lawyer tomorrow itselfBBrightsharad5081

April 22, 2025 at 5:37 amSenior citizen abuse act. File a FIR but first collect evidence. She is not just abusive towards senior citizens but also unstable as a parent. She is harmful to her children too with this attitude. If she is capable of abusing elders she is also capable of abusing her children its only a matter of when it will start if it hasn’t started alreadyApril 13, 2025 at 2:22 pm in reply to: Once 18,parentsโ signatures arenโt required? April 13, 2025 at 2:22 pmYou don’t understand scholarships are not enough, you will still need education loans to fill the gap in the remaining fees, then there is housing, groceries, and other expenses especially if you end up living off campus. You are too young to venture into the stock market I don’t think you know what you are talking about. And yes you do need their signature. You don’t have an income of your own. If you are going to go for an education loan A you don’t have a credit score and neither do you have something to give the bank as warranty. Foreign education loans are more difficult than local education loans. We are talking about more than 10 lakhs per semester here even with scholarships. You still need your parents to help whether you like it or not.April 12, 2025 at 8:29 pm in reply to: My gf’s parents might approach the police over something we both did consensually. #16123BBrightsharad5081

April 10, 2025 at 9:24 amfirstly an elder abuse case needs to be filed against your brother and sister in law and her parents as well as harassment case for all of them threatening to kill your wife and child. I believe she also has grounds of domestic violence. You need to record all proof and go to court. You can’t just sit quietly and let it happen. You don’t know what will happen once you return to your country. They can literally kill your in-laws. It needs action now. You can’t just tell them okay they will get everything and accept they will not do anything behind your back because they will do everything considering they already do with your in-laws. Everyone needs protection here. Get a lawyer to evict them first and tell your father to stop paying them money and get restriction orders and security cameras installed. You need to take actions instead of false words
