Max you can do is talk to her parents and get the necklace / ring back. She will not do it directly as is scarring you.
Just walk over to her home when she is not around. Talk to the mom and tell her that since she has broken off, you will need the jewelry back.
But before that secure all chats/msgs/call logs, etc. Also record where she says she will file legal cases. If you do not meet her, ask your friends to record it for you.
BMy advise is to tell HIM that you are aware of what he is doing. If that does not work, as it becomes addiction, no option than to tell mom.BJust tell him that you are aware of what he is doing. And mention that you did see few cops come and tow a car.BThe contract is between 2 parties who agree for something. You cant simply have a generic contract where you can name anyone else responsible if you cant pay up.
