*Not a legal advise but an idea , search on google ” iplogger ” what it does is basically create a url/link and if someone clicks on that link you can track the ip adress , how you can plan this- talk to scammer on wp / send a photo of transaction (so that the probability of him opening the link increases) with attached link(iplogger) ( search on google for better clarification)- once he click on the link you’ll get his ip , then go to cyber crime with his location and handle from their.

I get that but the billing date was just a day old , also online it is mentioned of 10 days but I guess that is for online orders.

Yes! I asked him for a refund but he denied , and as for the manager he said the same thing about policy and stuff .
