CIf the company didn’t allocate you on a project, that’s their problem! You can’t be expected to bear expenses due to their incompetence.I guess your best option is to involve an advocate asap! If you are not locked out of the company’s platforms, collect all evidence against the HR & their demands.
Have your advocate draft a legal notice clearly mentioning the HR’s who have been making these demands. Once it’s their neck on the line, the problem will resolve itself.
PS – Make sure to ask for compensation for the legal fees incurred!
