May 7, 2025 at 2:33 pmWhenever I have given a laptop for repair the receipt has been specific about the condition and the parts.Monetary wise you may not get much. Maybe recover the cost of a used laptop.
Emotional satisfaction, that is up to you.

May 7, 2025 at 2:26 pmIf you have the time and inclination, then it is possible. These kinds of cases don’t take time but they are slow and need regular time and follow up, every now and then. You will need to prove that you handed over the laptop in working condition.

To all the people who get bothered by governance issues after the election.Remember: your chance comes only once in 4/5 years. Is Religion more important or caste or Criminal records of the candidate or Quality of Governance?
Whom did you vote for? And Why?
So stop cribbing and grow up.

May 2, 2025 at 1:10 pmAll cash? Is this a legal business? With all permissions? Since this is a commercial arrangement, the owner is within rights to give notice and increase rent. The thing is, who can take the hit.If you litigate, can the owner afford to lose the rent? Can you afford to litigate and keep the place shut until the situation gets resolved?
Better option is to try to negotiate. Since you have spent your own money in doing up the place, you can try to recover that as part of the negotiation.
Is this in Khar?

April 29, 2025 at 3:55 amIf you stop paying EMI, the bank will seize the house. They have to follow a legal process which will take a few months. To recover the house you will have to pay up. Interest and charges etc.
So you need to calculate and consider all that.
If you can get a few people together, you can just throw them out of the house and lock it. If society has security then get them involved and get them to stop them from entering.
Or involve the police. Might have to pay some money…

April 26, 2025 at 7:43 amIs this a bike loan being paid by CC emi? Have you signed any papers? Is the bike collateral? Don’t think so…In whose name is the bike registered?
Surely, if you are studying law then you should take all this into account and mention the details here for correct advice.
If the bike is in your friends name then your options are limited.
If in your name you can just go and take the bike back and do what you want.

April 26, 2025 at 7:28 amCalling up or emailing the CEO’S office is normally more effective. Plus when you file in consumer court you can add that to actions taken so they cannot deny that they did not know at the higher level.April 26, 2025 at 5:31 am in reply to: How Airlines in India Use “NO Invoice” AS a Loophole to Deny Baggage Compensation #8531CCoolknight1377

April 26, 2025 at 5:31 amThey deserve to be taught a lesson. However the legal process in our country is itself a punishment for the consumer.Consumer court is your best bet.
Also you could try speaking to the CEO’s office directly.
Publicise on social media.
