DIf he has a will that clearly states you won’t inherit anything, you can still try for ancestral property.DUsually people give some sort of bribe to get such processes expedited. However if you are hell bent on not paying, you can try visiting the station. I once heard of a case where the person secretly recorded the official demanding bribe and later applied leverage to get his job done but this can be potentially dangerous.DIdeally jiju should have moved out when the first escalation happened. If jiju is financially independent , it is a good idea to live separately. You can try helping them find a place to put up and encourage them not to go back.
Also if they are reluctant to file an FIR, at least they can visit the police station and get an entry made which may be useful later.
DEarlier taxiwalas used to ask passengers to board the cab from the departure terminal so that they didn’t have to pay airport charges. ( They would still reflect on the final bill hence the passenger would pay the driver and the driver would be profited.)For this reason this rule was made as the airport authority was losing significant revenue.
Same problem in Delhi too.They even started putting a fine on taxiwalas who were caught.
DTo be safe, gather evidence of working throughout the duration and also attendance management system personally.It is likely that they may disable your credentials soon.
DCan you think of any motive for them to hit you?A similar incident happened with my known person. When he went to complain the cops told him if their behan files a counter complaint against you for molestation etc, your career will be screwed so they reached a compromise.
My known person later found that he was beaten because a known person ( who owed him money) had given supari to get this beaten up as he was repeatedly chasing him to return his money.
DIf you have money reach out to Amish Aggarwala. Or get a good lawyer locally . Better not to come to India .Since she has already filed a case, the probability of quashing is with court only. Maybe with lawyer’s suggestion you would have to file counter cases . Usually people do this only after their cases are quashed .
You can also seek help from deepika narayan bharadwaj. She is very busy with many similar cases but maybe you can do something to get things expedited.
DHe recorded a video and uploaded it to a common group. I am sure the parents would have straight away denied any responsibility had there been no evidence.Of course you can’t hit kids.
DHad this incident happened 40 years ago, he would have whacked the kids himself to get them to behave.20 years ago he would have himself shouted at them and made them leave.
Now he cannot shout at them and kids being kids will not stop. What is the civil way to deal with it? He doesn’t even know the parents so he can reach out to them personally.
I hope the building management come up with a framework to deal with such issues.
DLegally no company takes money to hire people so it is either a scam or an illegal arrangement.Since money is given to 3rd party, no point escalating to the company however if some employee suggested you do this, you can put that person’s name. Or seek his help in getting your money back.
A civil suit can be filed but you are yourself indulging in an unfair practice so not recommended.
