April 24, 2025 at 3:54 pmHi, I’m a Delhi based lawyer. Wow, Flipkart is stopping at nothing. Yes you can go to a consumer court even now. You can do without a lawyer if you must go to a consumer court but try that you have your pleadings drafted really well. You don’t need to follow all proceedings physically if you have a lawyer or the court has a provision for VC.
