April 5, 2025 at 12:11 pmBro, take all evidence and file a complaint with National Consumer Helpline (NCH).This doesnt involve any hassle, as everything is done from your doorstep.
If no resolution, then escalation to consumer complaint also can be done online but you will need to go to court on dates physically. Most of the times, these companies dont defend case as litigating these cases cost more (especially when they are guilty) but this need you to go to court on dates, so you can decide if it is worth the hassle but at the least file complaint with NCH.

March 30, 2025 at 4:57 pmBecause most people, don’t want the unnecessary hassle, and just want to have peace. I am assuming you are a lawyer and your take will be different but given an option most folks would never want to step inside a courtroom or a police station. I understand this is not okay, and they should fight but a lot many are struggling to just go by and if mental peace means bribing some unscrupulous cops, then so be it.DDesilion8545

March 30, 2025 at 6:59 amBro, going to HC will cost her back more than what cop is asking for. The multiple dates she will have to attend is extra. How will this help her.DDesilion8545

March 29, 2025 at 7:48 amAct scared, and let her play it out the way she wants, install those hidden cameras without her knowing, take her out somewhere when you install them, once you have ample ammo, especially she verbally abusing or doing theatrics or being rude to the elders, file a case against her of domestic cruelty. This is the only way, don’t threaten her anything now. Do the smart stuff man.
This is not lawyer’s advice but practical advice.March 17, 2025 at 3:48 pm in reply to: The Conman Roommate: How We Lost โน20 Lakh to a Master Manipulator #33572DDesilion8545

March 17, 2025 at 3:48 pmAre you absolutely sure, they know everything? They may have lied to bride side and told them something else. You all can create ruckus on wedding day too, make sure every guest knows about it, this way atleast their social reputation gets hit.March 17, 2025 at 2:40 pm in reply to: The Conman Roommate: How We Lost โน20 Lakh to a Master Manipulator #33542DDesilion8545

March 17, 2025 at 2:40 pmNot legal advice, but practical advice, collect 15-20 of your friends and family as many as possible, reach out to his home, 2-3 days before wedding tell them if they dont pay, you will get Jagdeesh arrested and let the world know he is a scamster. Wedding can be cancelled off, if they come to know about it so this is the right place to put pressure, also these scamsters must be taking lot of dowry so they wouldnt want you guys to jeopardize all this. And, last but not least, once you have your money, inform the bride side to ensure that the poor girl doesnt have to live with this scamster for the rest of her life.March 11, 2025 at 7:58 am in reply to: Startup scam: Forcing Employees to Pay Their Own Salary & PF, Threatening Those Who Quit! #37635DDesilion8545

March 11, 2025 at 7:58 amDon’t give them any more money. Not filing PF is a criminal offence, and an FIR can be filed for criminal breach of trust. Cops won’t take this seriously, so take 4-5 employees along with you so you can pressurize them to act. Don’t worry about legal proceedings; just file a complaint with the labour commissioner. You don’t even need a lawyer to do that. Give all details with as much proof as you can collect. The advice provided here is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional or legal counsel. February 23, 2025 at 8:35 amI feel sad for you, honestly, I would have helped you if I was in your city. I will give you some advice, you have two options1) Reach out to the lawyer and request a sit-down with someone from company stating you are willing to settle – Tell them you can’t afford all this, and if they take away the case, you will remove post and maybe an apology to them, if they give in writing that they will desist from all action now or in the future. I know this will hurt you but not all battle are meant to be won, and you can get out of this fix faster and save some money and rationale.
2) Fight Fire with Fire –
a) File a complaint with National Consumer Helpline, use chatgpt and file an online consumer complaint as well. Also, write to Central Consumer Protection Authority telling about Mahindra’s predatory behaviour.
b) Did you every pay them for this issue? Was it paid digitally? If so and they haven’t shared invoice, ask for it, if they refuse, file complaint with GST authority.
c) Use your google location history, gps data, cctv footage, whatever other evidence you can think of and take the most influential person you can find along with a lawyer to get an FIR filed against them u/s Section 316, Section 437, Section 356, Section 237 of BNS. It will be hard to get it registered, if it fails, go u/s 200 of CrpC, this will create pressure on Mahindra legal team.
I am not your lawyer, and this is not legal advice. This response is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Laws vary by jurisdiction, and your situation may require personalized legal advice. Please consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance specific to your case.

January 13, 2025 at 11:25 amNo such rule man, I have passport and travelled to 7 countries, except ground floor our entire house is rented out.My sister post marriage applied for a passport, considering all her documents had our home address she applied it from our address the cop was ranting how after marriage she can’t apply on maternal home address. We just told him to do his job, collect documents, didnt gave any bribe, pestered him to show docs that it is not allowed for her to use maternal home address and he gave in. Just be confident mate.

January 13, 2025 at 10:52 amEither way part of your house being rented to someone else is not a ground for revocation, so you can decide to meet him or skip that and even if he files an adverse report against you, he cant do much, RPO will issue you a show cause notice, and you can take his case over there.DDesilion8545

January 13, 2025 at 10:47 amCall Passport seva Kendra helpline and lodge a complaint against him. How was passport issued without his valid report? Wont they take action against him if he now decides to change the report. You can meet him if you still think it but I doubt he can send revocation now without putting himself in trouble. My father had bought our home many years back. The fucker before us had tampered the electricity meter. Within a week of us buying he also filed a complaint of meter tampered to get bounty (they share a percentage with informers) so essentially bastard implicated us for his own wrongdoing. After that we had to pay a hefty penalty. Now these cases are compoundable which means like a traffic fine, once you pay the fine, crime gets expunged as if it never existed. A cop called my father after we had paid the fine threatening him of some nonsense.
My dad asked me to look into it, I called the cop and gave me an earful about how can he harass for a compoundable offence already paid for. He never called us again. Cant trust them man.DDesilion8545
