First step you have to escalate in social media in instagram or twitter. Just make a comment under their most recent post regarding your issue. Social media team is more proactive in solving such issues than regular customer care

If still no favorable response then, quote the complaint number and file a complaint in consumer court online. you dont need a lawyer for that. But the complaint number and any communication between you and company has to be attached

When the question comes to legal owner, the name on the RC book doesnt matter. Here the third party has been in possession of car since 2 years. OP hasn’t made a stolen vehicle report since 2 years. That means OP was allowing the possession by other person. So this is not criminal offense like stolen vehicle, This is only a civil offence.

Cannot give stolen complaint for a car that OP sold. That is not legal. Doesnt matter under whose name the car is, the other party is in legal possession of the car since 2 years. OP is only making a complaint now that makes it false allegation.

Only option is to involve the motor vehicles department of the state. Can also file a civil suit asking for cancellation of the sale as the contract deed wasnt executed fully hence void.

Ok then take this feedback. Dont give out random numbers and try to prove a point. If you had some bad experience you can mention that.

Also dont say stupid shit like backed by data. you have to atleast provide the link to the data. whats all over news that 70 percent doctors are incompetent?

I was asking about the percentage that you so confidently gave out. I am a medical graduate. and to consider 70% of people including me or my collegues are all a waste?

Reclaim possession of your flat using reasonable force – is allowed legally.

doesnt matter. since when is last name a criteria. There are hindu and muslim succession laws. You will get inheritance according to that if your grandfather hasnt left a will. Son of your grandfathers wife is presumed to be his son by default. you dont have to go anywhere to prove.

Depends. If they girl is in India she can send a divorce notice to him. If she also is in US then doesnt make sense to file case here. But if she wants to get married in india she has to get divorce here or the new marriage becomes void

So all of his property will go to his children and existing spouse if any. No property will go to divorced spouses.
