noc from wife to transfer ownership of car from husbands name [who is deceased ] to own name

get it signed by the widow. transfer money to her bank account only. mention the bank account and amount in the sale letter

DOnt have to do all that. just get it transferred in your name. take NOC from wife or any other sons or daughters. You dont need to transfer twice. transfer money online for proof

they can change terms and conditions but it should be in writing and you should agree to those. one sided change is complete BS.

go to labour court near you and see if there are cost effective ways to get them to pay. going via a lawyer might cost you.

No brother legally its not. possession and ownership are two different things. Thats why all these property disputes happen.

Can you file trespassing on tenants who dont pay rent. No.

Nothing to do in this matter. Its a civil case. Police wont do anything. You have to wait patiently or try to initmidate.

Filing a case will cost you more in time and money.

It doesnt work like that. Once possession is handed over, making a complaint means filing false case. OP will be in trouble. Cars ownership document doesnt matter here.

one thing is to draft a legal notice citing all these in chatgpt and post it to his address in lawyers name. Ask compensation of 25,000 with lawyer fee and mental trauma. if he gets scared he might give. Put his parents name also if he is under 18

They wont plant fake evidence usually. But they will twist the narrative.

He is not a lawyer so cannot represent in court. Isnt there a departmental enquiry. There is supreme court decision which says if there is acquittal in department proceedings, then criminal case cannot proceed

CBI makes up a lot of evidences to get strong case in the court. But because its usually made up, it lacks clarity and most often falls apart in the court. You need good counsel against such cases, someone who has appeared for such corruption cases. With personal experience can recommend, Mr. Shaji Jacob IRS retired. I got contact from another IRS officer who was represented by him. He is an expert in finding such loopholes.

Its not that simple. First she has to move out with you. Then file for divorce. She will need money for lawyers. It can take upto 2 years. Then there can appeals in higher courts.

OP, lot of dumb suggestions in the comments. There is nothing you have to do to protect yourself legally. In case of a future divorce you will have to pay alimony. There is no way to avoid that.

Bro what are terrace rights. get the will examined by a lawyer. The stated terrace is not in existence.

As far as i understand your father and aunt owns the property right. Like in the deed.

What a tough spot and a very valid question. Unfortunately there is no way of checking marital status of a person.
