Dbro if there is no carry over of annual leaves then you may be eligible only for 2 leaves in april. that means there might be a loss of pay for the rest of the days you took leave for. This whole thing is a civil case. He can also pay some police man to call you and threaten you. You have to remain calm and ask the policeman what all sections can be charged in this case.

So now i get similar emails once in 6 months. and call from new number once in 3 months which i block again.

You and the car owner are not related. So you can calmly tell the owner to go ahead with whatever legal recourse he sees fit. Don’t get scared and pay a dime more.
FIR filing is not relevant in this case as this is not a criminal offence. That itself shows the legal ignorance from part of the owner and he is trying to intimidate you.
DDeposit paid and that rent is going to be paid in cash has to be mentioned in the agreement. There should be reciepts for deposit paid and rent paid.
