Go ahead and leave the company. Honestly, I have never needed my original degree certificate for jobs so far but if you’re worried about it just get a duplicate one from the university citing that you have lost it.

You have a legal case against this company, but given the amount you’d probably win from it, it’s not worth fighting in our courts.

Why are we all hating on this person instead of talking about how we should have stricter laws that don’t allow airlines to cancel flights without reason or offer compensation for alternate flight if cancelled within 7/14 days?
