I think the OP is insanely immature if he is asking these questions. He can’t comprehend “matrimonial markets”, he is in for a rude shock when he realises “dating markets” (especially in the west).

If that’s the case, then why are you assuming that the person you are going to marry would do such a thing. If you are insecure, then it’s on you.

This is going to back fire on him. Hold your ground.

Hire a decent lawyer to get rid of this person as quickly as possible to live a fulfilling life, rather than being dragged by the legal issues.
