March 14, 2025 at 7:51 pmYou should probably address this to SEBI (https://www.sebi.gov.in/department/investment-management-department-9/investor-complaints-cell-123/overview.html)If you know someone else who is affected by this, it would be better to grow as a group. You can collectively make case for investor protection with regards to cryptocurrencies.

March 14, 2025 at 7:08 pmThat’s not going to change anything, it still isn’t a law. The burden of due digilence is on the investor.Anyway, I believe you are in a denial mode. Consider yourself extremely lucky if you get your money back.

March 14, 2025 at 6:34 pm>Crypto may be risky, but in this case, trust was broken and the founder continues this pattern without hesitation! There are no crypto regulations in India so far. I believe there is a bill proposed.

March 14, 2025 at 1:00 pmIf you know they are fooling, there is no transparency, and the report you attached states “the verified Stolen Assets are valued at USD 283,591,219.21 based on the verified 17 January 2025 prices.”,…Take your losses, or set aside if you can recover, and move on with life. It is assumed that you were aware of risks involved in crytocurrency. If you still want to pursue this, I guess it is as in their TOC: [WazirX – User Agreement](https://s3.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/wrx-assets/WazirXUserAgreement.pdf?v1). February 26, 2025 at 12:41 pmEthics >> Law. We can have rubbish and immoral laws. At the same time, if a physician chooses to protect the patient, they better come with a solid, evidence based defence based on why they were protecting the patient.EEpicstar8957

February 17, 2025 at 10:39 amYes, if he is innocent he should let it go to the court, even though the whole process is annoying. What is more annoying is bribing the police, and still ending up in the court. The latter is worse, if it is found out that the police was influenced, then he becomes guilty anyway.(Shitty system, even shittier solutions. IMO if as a society we don’t change (mature up in short) we will continue doing this mental contortions to justify our actions.)

February 17, 2025 at 5:45 amIt’s already been used in many countries, including India. The link below gives an overview of places it has been used. While many solutions already exist, and has been around for nearly a decade now, there have been some minor improvements in India. IMO, progess is still too slow.EEpicstar8957
