Who are we to judge? We exist, hence we judge. Who are you to question our judging, or why we judge? If you can say we shouldn’t judge, we very well can.

Your position that we are not in a position to judge is in itself a form of moral policing and judgement.

PG’s/Hostels can claim exemption at entry 12AA when they rent out accommodation to students, professionals, or others for less than or equal to Rs. 20,000 per month per person for 90 days or more.

If your stay in invoice is indicated as less than 90 days you are liable to pay gst.
