Once full and final settlement process is completed. OP is obliged to get experience and reliving letter with any payment he has to receive. if he does not get it he can surely file a case in court
EIf you dont need experience or reliving letter than don’t payBut if u need than pay get the letter than consult with lawyer and put a case and sue the company

EIsnt govt job like permanant job…..i didn’t know one can lose govt job too that too because of senior….I thought they will either transfer or suspend
