Negotiate that you will work full 2 months notice or until you get new job whichever is earlierEtalk to Regional manager.. if its a mistake on theri side, he should be ok to waive off that interst…Ecant be more than 8hr. some include lunch, snacks too.. in our mfg company, we used to work 7 to 4:30.. 2 tea breaks of 15 mins each and 1hr lunch…. this was 5 days a week.. some follows the same with 6 days too. govt is ok for 6 days too.. talk to management about this.. they must be paying to labour officer everytime he visits..Ethey can put a civil case.. you can drag it for few months /years depending upon the lawyer. it will cost you money too.. you also have to put a case back.. also you can say that money was not for token but he gave me as he took cash from you sometime back or something else.. its not ethical but it will give you some time.. ideally you shoudl return it.. if not now, may be later..Eif there is RWA, its easy to handle this.. if there is no RWA, you have to convince him. there is no other way.. also need to talk to tenant too and ask him to pressure the owner…Eif loan is approved, ask him to get it registered.. tell him that you have used that amount of 5lakh and will return only after selling the house.. if there is no agreement, he cant do much…. ask him to get it loan from other bank if current bank is not approving or his 5lac will be gone.Ei meant if you want to sell via an open shop or a cart.. for shop, you have additional costs.. nothing much for cart on road.. also we sell to middlemen as they have lot of contacts and can buy in bulk.. selling bulk as an individual is tough..Eneed to bribe and create multiple cases to get some attention. It will be costly.. if not, you have to let it go…..Esimple legal notice from any lawyer would cost 1-1.5k .. just draft the main points and give him.. he will take care..
