How can you gate a public path?

Lets say instead of 2 there are 10 houses and everyone agrees and puts a gate there…

You should take this case to the court.. it will probably create a judicial precedent for sure… A new section too maybe

Assume that the money is gone, but make it a fun activity to bug him every few days.

He has probably moved on to a new ATM girlfriend now.

He is very unlikely to get out of the habit of mismanaging money and will eternally be asking for it from others… Consider this as tution fee for a valuable life lesson.

Commercial electric bills have way higher cost then residential.

Usually the entire building will be out on commercial slab, you will have to run behind the Bescom officials to stop this.

Once your tenant vacates it wills still be billed under commercial block.
