It is not legal to receive 65K/mo rent in cash. The risk involved include getting penalised by Income tax department for accepting cash payments to loosing your house to someone who squats and decides not to leave. If the tenant can be brazen about breaking the income tax laws, you can bet, they can be brazen about squatting on the property and not handing it back to you. They aren’t bothered about law and order. Avoid dealing with such people.

Scam. It’s easy to get your name and that of your few colleagues from LinkedIn.

The 6K that your friend initially received must be from some other victim’s account. Wait until police freezes your friend’s bank account for 6K fraud.

As for 51K stuck, if your friend pays 1.4L to unlock the 51K then total 1.91L will be stuck. She can make a cyber complaint but won’t expect miracles.

I don’t think parking can be bought or sold without the actual flat to which the parking was allotted also sold in the process. Do note that parking in itself is not a separate entity and no share certificate is allotted for parking. Parking is allotted to a flat through an allotment letter. The member to whom parking is allotted cannot sell the parking to any other member unless the flat is also sold. So in that respect your society is correct in not issuing you an NOC unless parking is also part of the sale process.

Is this a troll post? How do you pay 6L for verification for a flat that rents for 14K/month. And how is that a posh society? And did you not go and see the place before placing a deposit ?

Re read what you wrote and tell me if you still have doubt. What do you think lock in means in layman terms?

If there is nothing mentioned then you have to pay the rent for the remainder of the lock-in period. It’s poorly drafted agreement tbh.

Please post the lock-in clause as well and early termination clause (if any). Typically the penalty is the rent for remainder of the lock-in period. You can try and find some other tenant who can take over the remainder of the contract (with the consent of the landlord).

Your point 2 is not correct. The seller must disclose any material information that could impact the value of the plot. Not doing so knowingly can be constituted as fraud. At the same time the buyer must do Legal DD before paying any significant token.

What was this medication being taken for? Any pre existing conditions? Was the pre existing conditions declared at the time of policy? You may file an appeal and see how it goes.

There is no way FIR can be closed by the police. The trial court will take its own time even if both parties have settled the matter. Police may still file a chargesheet (unless they are bribed not to). This can easily take 2-3 years. During all this time if you renew your passport or apply for any visa you get forget getting it approved.

The quickest way to close the matter is to approach HC with a quashing petition. Let the original complainant give an affidavit that they no longer wish to pursue the matter. HC will quash the FIR basis this affidavit. It will be done in 2-3 hearings if the advocate is good. Police and public prosecutor will have to be managed.

All the suggestions here are good. Contacting google and asking them to remove the result is the best bet. You can also hire a PR agency who can get the result buried by creating many positive stories about you on the web.

Consult an advocate and they will guide you further. Sexual harassment, criminal defamation are all on the cards. File against all witnesses and the director.

Next time pick up the poop and smear it all over the dog owner’s house. Ensure you wear gloves and masks while doing it.

File a sexual harassment criminal complaint against the Director and those four employees in your city/state. A good lawyer will guide you further.

On the allegation of stolen company property, keep proof of emails that you sent for returning the phone as well as the amount that was deducted from your salary.
